Train to Altona to explore and revisit Altona Balkons because last night from the water taxi I found the elusive beach! Weather had changed by lunch time so instead of sitting on the beach, I chose a riverside cafe and enjoyed my homemade baguette!
Water taxi to the stop past Landungsbrucken to Hafen City = warehouses and very modern apartments & business houses settled alongside each other..
An unexpected discovery = The Tea Moment Cafe selling 100s of different teas.....Energy tea overlooking the river!
Scenic route back home then Italian for dinner....Nice table outside...many diners enjoying the ambience....when suddenly I was rudely informed that the pigeon somewhere high above me didn't want me sitting in that spot!!!!!....Oh Well....things happen for a reason.....having moved under the umbrella....the skies opened up!!!
